Who can come play with us at Camp Doggie Tails?

  • Dogs who want to have fun, like to socialize and don’t mind sharing toys, food or space
  • Puppies 14 weeks to 6 months old
  • Adult dogs 6 months or older who have been neutered or spayed.
  • Proof of current DHPP or titers, six month Bordatella and Rabies vaccinations as well as a negative fecal exam within the last month are required prior to entry into our daycare or overnight boarding program.
  • We require the bordatella vaccination to be updated every 6 months.
  • Dogs on a regular monthly flea prevention program.
  • Dogs boarding with us must be well socialized and able to attend daycare.
  • All dogs must pass a temperament assessment prior to entry into daycare or boarding.
  • Boarding dogs must have spent atleast one full day on a weekday in daycare prior to their overnight stay.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take any of the following breeds or mixes containing these breeds:
  • Pit Bulls of American Staffordshire terriers
  • Akitas
  • Rottweilers
  • Chow Chows
  • Bull Mastiffs
We reserve the right to refuse any of our services to any dog for any reason and at any time.

Daycare & Boarding Registration

How do I register my dog and what's involved?

All daycare or overnight boarding members will have a complete registration form on file with proof of current vaccinations and will have passed an assessment to make sure everyone will have a good time.

Just fax your dogs vaccination information and negative fecal exam results to us along with your contact telephone number.  Once we have reviewed the information, we will contact you.  If all the information meets our requirements, we will set up a time for the evaluation.  We will also let you know if anything needs to be updated.  The evaluation appointment will be set up once we receive the updated information.

There is a $10.00 evaluation fee per dog.  This fee will be applied to the purchase of your first daycare package or waived if you purchase a daycare package on evaluation day.
